How
do I place my order for badges?
You may order badges several ways. Fax, Email, Letter, or by
Telephone. Check out our order form. This will help remind you of
the information we need to complete your order.
How
do I get my logo on the badges?
With
our new digital process it is simpler and less expensive. Just
email us your logo in .jpeg, .eps, .gif, or .bmp
format. If you prefer
black & white, send it in black & white. It would be helpful if you
send the PMS color codes if possible. There is a one time charge of
$20.00 (in house) $30 (done by our Supplier). If it is in color there will be a 2-3 week waiting time
because it would have to be put on ahead of time by our supplier.
What
is the difference between steel and aluminum badges?
They are the same price and look exactly the same. Aluminum badges
are lighter. They will not rust, which occurs most often in areas
near salt water or maintenance shops where oils, chemicals, etc. are
being used. Also, employees that work outside in hot weather may
have this problem. Steel may be slightly more durable and is still
more popular but many people are switching to aluminum.
How
do magnetic badges work?
The magnet goes behind your blouse or shirt and the badge
outside, thus no holes in your blouse or shirt.
Can I
see what my badges will look like?
Yes, in most cases, if you email us your logo, we
can set up a badge,
take a picture of it and email it back to you.
How
long does it take to get my badges?
Usually the turnaround time is within 24 hours. The usual
shipping method is US Mail. Our shipping costs are $1.45 above
the actual postage. We will ship via Fed Ex, UPS, or
Express Mail upon request.
How
can I get my order confirmed?
If you give me your Email address I will confirm your order
when it is completed via Email. If you do not have Email please
call if you need confirmation.
How
am I billed?
An invoice will accompany your order. All invoices are net
30 days.
You may pay by check or we accept Visa and
Master Card. All our prices are cash prices. If a credit card
is used, up to 4% will be added to the shipping/handling.

What are
Polydomes?
Polydomes
are clear covers for all badges. They are made from
polyurethane, which makes them scratch resistant and dent resistant.
Super clear adhesive locks in the graphics and text beneath. They
cost $.75 each.
What is the new Credentia process?
The new process allows us to digitally produce the
logo (black & white) and text on the flex plates, thus making them
much sharper and very consistent. The old fashioned way of using
individual letters and hot stamping will eventually be phased out.
If the logo is in color, it will be placed on the flex plate ahead
of time by our supplier. |
